The room we were initially given was a duplex, but the heating was insufficient. It could only be set to a maximum of 21 degrees. The room was very cold and there was no heating in the bathroom. I told the front desk and they turned it up one degree, but it didn't work at all. They changed it the next day. A flat-floor room is much warmer. But because we caught a cold the day before, my child and I both suffered from gastroenteritis... The decoration and hardware of the hotel are okay. Except for a girl at the front desk who is more enthusiastic, everything else is cold.

We absolutely loved staying here. The staff was the best ever. Rooms are beautiful. Meticulously cleaned each day.

Camere molto belle e pulite. Colazione ottima con tanta scelta di dolci e salato e con la frutta fresca. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le piste da sci e per raggiungere il centro di Bormio. Personale cordiale e disponibile soprattutto Manuel della reception. Consiglio vivamente questo Hotel.

Hotel molto carino e in buona posizione. Camere spaziose. Abbastanza nuovo. Pulito. Personale molto gentile. Colazione super! Però alcune cose sono da migliorare… In bagno il cesto che contiene il phon e’ rotto e mal tenuto (vedi foto). Le ciabatte che ti danno in dotazione sono sporche e usate (vedi foto) Il frigorifero in camera è molto rumoroso e non ti permette di dormire bene. Le tende in camera scorrono male nelle corsie e a volte non si chiudono bene. Alle 18.30 abbiamo fatto un aperitivo in hotel, verificando prima se si poteva ordinare anche qualcosa da mangiare. Prima ci hanno detto di si, poi al momento dell’ordine ci è stato detto che avevano finito tutto e che non c’era più nulla da poter ordinare! Il bicchiere dell’aperitivo aveva la base sporca (vedi foto). Non c’e’ ristorante. Se vuoi cenare devi comunque uscire. Davanti all’entrata il ghiaccio causato dalla neve è stato pulito solo per metà dell’ingresso. Diciamo che a 500€ a notte ti aspetti in generale qualcosa di molto meglio!!!

Prenotato su Booking e tutto secondo programma. Locali puliti, servizi impeccabili, colazione super con tanti prodotti tipici. Servizio park privato a pagamento extra ma comunicato per tempo, suite prenotata come da foto viste e perfetta.
